Wholesale terms are available to bona fide paper-craft retailers and evidence must be provided of either an established online eCommerce website or a brick-and-mortar shop that is open to the general public during normal trading hours. Photographs of the premises may be requested to support your application.
We cannot otherwise offer wholesale terms to craft groups, collectives, or classes, nor for selling on street markets. We do not permit the sale of Lavinia Stamps branded products on Facebook, eBay, or similar websites.
As an accredited wholesaler, you agree not to act as a conduit for any such groups in a way that would facilitate their acquisition of Lavinia Stamps branded products at, or close to, wholesale prices. Neither would you be permitted to order such products on behalf of any non-accredited, third party retailer, whether for profit or not, unless express permission to do so has first been granted.
Advertising and Promotion
Lavinia Stamps Ltd strictly prohibits the use of our company name in full or in part for the creation of websites, advertising media, graphics, videos, channels and social media accounts, pages, or groups.
For example: “The Lavinia Stamps CityName Emporium” would not be acceptable.
Whilst “The XYZ CityName Stamp Emporium – stockists of Lavinia Stamps products” would be acceptable, providing our products form the greater proportion of that company’s stamps sales.
Use of Images and Other Copyright Material
Lavinia Stamps Ltd permits the following uses as given authorisation:
- The Retailer may share social media content from Lavinia Stamps Ltd but is prohibited from making statements that may appear to be on behalf of Lavinia Stamps Ltd.
- The Retailer may utilise graphics, videos or point of sales materials that have been provided by Lavinia Stamps ltd for such purposes and as product images on an eCommerce store.
Other than the above, the use of the Lavinia Stamps Ltd logo, written copy, images, graphics, or videos is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation and Lavinia Stamps Ltd retains the right to demand that any authorised uses cease with immediate effect without prior notice.
Username and Password Confidentiality
Lavinia Stamps issues User Names and Passwords on the strict understanding that they are used only by the BUSINESS whose name they are issued and are not divulged to anyone else. Under our Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure the confidentiality and security of User Names and Passwords issued to him/her. If you have any reason to suspect that this security has been compromised you must inform us immediately. You will be issued with a new password without delay
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP). Payment will be made in pounds sterling and your credit card provider will automatically make the exchange for you, billing you in your own currency
Duties and Local Taxes
Customers in countries other than the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, through a secure server, or BAC’s payment.
The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt, a printed copy of this invoice (with VAT details) will be enclosed with your order. The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment is made in full.
Our Minimum order is £250 (excl Vat) all stamps are sold as a minimum of 3+ per design.

Reservation of Title
All goods remain the property of Lavinia Stamps until payment is received in full and cleared funds are available in our bank account or Papal account. Please note goods will not be allocated to your order until payment is received in full.
We will only use the information that we collect about customers and visitors to the site lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Lavinia Stamps do not sell, trade or retail customers’ contact information to any third party for commercial or non-commercial use.
We may from time to time contact you by email with details of new products or promotions. You may ask to be removed from this list at any time.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Items returned for credit, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please contact us before sending items back to us for authorisation.
Lavinia Stamps Trade is not a retail e-commerce site, it is a business-to-business e-commerce site and not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. Individuals wishing to purchase goods should contact our Retail website www.laviniastamps.com
Lavinia Stamps do not operate a contract cancellation/goods return policy as provided for under “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” The Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) provide protection for customers (consumers) – the same rights do not apply to a business buying goods or services from another business.
