Delivery Update from Canada Post:
Please note that Canada Post has moved from a full national strike into a system of rotating strikes, which may lead to significant delays in deliveries.
This shift is still disrupting Royal Mail’s services that connect with Canada Post, so even if your item has left the UK, it could be held up within Canada’s network.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.
Notice for US Customers
From August 28, 2025, all orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties. To keep your delivery smooth and hassle-free, Lavinia Stamps collects these duties at checkout under a “Duties” charge and pays them on your behalf. This covers the official US tariff for your items plus a small £0.50 carrier handling fee. We collect these charges at cost only—no extra mark-up.

Order turnaround time
We aim to process all orders within three business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that during busier periods, such as Stamp or New Product releases, order processing times may be longer.
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will refund the cost of that item and dispatch the remaining items.
If your package is too large to fit through your letterbox and no one is available to receive it, it may be taken to your local postal depot for collection.
All orders should be placed online for the quickest turnaround. Orders cannot be added to, combined or amended once placed.
For UK customers only, if an order needs to be placed over the telephone, please note that it may take a little longer to process.
VAT and Customs Charges
International Customers – The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities relating to their import and where required to do so will need to pay any additional charges.
EU Customers – If your order is over EUR150 (excluding VAT and shipping) then you will be subject to any additional custom charges from the recipient country.We strongly recommend keeping each order under EUR150 (excluding VAT and shipping) to avoid these charges.
By default prices on this website are calculated in GB pounds inclusive of UK VAT.
The Shopping Cart and Checkout pages will display the total with the VAT added at the prevailing rate for the destination country.
