Order turnaround time
We aim to process orders within one to two days of receipt excluding weekends and public holidays. If any item is out of stock, we will refund the cost of the item and send the remaining items of the order out to you.
If the package will not fit through your letterbox and no one is home, it may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
VAT and Customs Charges
International Customers – The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities relating to their import and where required to do so will need to pay any additional charges.
EU Customers – If your order is over EUR150 (excluding VAT and shipping) then you will be subject to any additional custom charges from the recipient country.We strongly recommend keeping each order under EUR150 (excluding VAT and shipping) to avoid these charges.
By default prices on this website are calculated in GB pounds inclusive of UK VAT.
The Shopping Cart and Checkout pages will display the total with the VAT added at the prevailing rate for the destination country.

Royal Mail will no longer be dispatching postal items to Canada and are suspending their postal export services to Canada.
Canada Post have informed us international items sent prior to the service suspension will be held by them until the end of strike action
and will be delivered (first in, first out) as quickly as possible once operations resume.
We are in regular communication with Canada Post and will update with further information as and when we have further details for UK customers.
