Welcome!

In today’s tutorial, Tracey explores the magic of Texture Paste, showing how it can be used to create a striking three-dimensional effect when applied through the elegant Leaf Mask Stencil.

To colour the piece, she begins by sprinkling Brusho or Dinkles powdered inks onto the card. When spritzed with water, the pigments flow beautifully into the recessed areas of the paste, creating natural depth and texture. She then layers on several shades of Lavinia Mysticals Mica-Infused Spray, adding a rich, shimmery finish.

To build more interest in the background, Tracey uses the Seasons Change word stamp to add subtle texture around the leaf shape, and for that final touch of magic, she adds a hint of sparkle with Metallic Gilding Flakes.
