Can't find the Downloads

Solution

Digital Stamps and Cutting Files can be downloaded from the "My Account" page, directly after placing your order. Or if you didn't register for an account, the download links will have been emailed to you.

It is the Lavinia Stamps receipt, NOT the PayPal one, that contains these. Simply click the link(s) to open in your browser or PDF reader and select a safe location on your computer to save the PDF file(s). In the case of Cutting Files, the download will be in the form of a Zip file containing the image in various formats.

If you did not see the itemised receipt in your inbox, check to see if it has inadvertently ended up in your Spam/Junk Mail folder. If it has, just move it back into your inbox and add Lavinia Stamps to your whitelist/safe senders list to avoid it happening again.
