Not receiving our emails

Solution

If you find you are not receiving emails from Lavinia Stamps, it is most likely due to your email provider's Spam filter diverting our emails into your Junk Mail folder, either on your computer/device or on their email server.

This can happen if at some time in the past you inadvertently clicked a Lavinia Stamps email as Spam.

 

To correct this, try adding *@laviniastamps.com to your contacts/address list or to your email account's "white list".
