Can't Find My Previous Order

Solution

When we transferred our website to the new build on a different server, I'm afraid it wasn't possible to migrate all of the historical orders. Therefore, orders placed before October 25th 2018 will not appear within the "My Account" area.

If you would like to receive a copy of an order placed between 1st January 2018 and October 25th, please raise a support ticket, ideally quoting the order reference number or at least with the approximate date and the email address you used to place the order.
