Our splendid seahorse stamp, Sebastian, takes centre stage today on a background made using Elements and Brusho Inks on a Gel Press. Acrylic paint applied through a stencil adds to the sub-aqua environment and Sebastian is given a touch of bling using our new eco-friendly StarBrights Glitter.
