The magic in Rory’s moonbeam was created by Tracey using PanPastels and Posca Pens, over a base made on the Gel Plate with Elements and Brusho inks and brought to life with a dusting of our aptly named eco-glitter, StarBrights. The cheeky little fairy’s hilltop was decorated with Mica Powder over stencilled Versamark clear bonding ink.
