Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days upon receipt of the items. If 14 days have passed since receipt, we are not obliged to issue a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of items unless they are faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
