Nikki, who lives in Stirlingshire in Scotland, takes inspiration for her quirky paintings from the everyday: the weather, a colour that catches her eye, a situation. She paints using a mixture of acrylics, oil pastels and collage on board and canvas, layering up media to create dense, rich colours.
