Throughout history, eggs have symbolised renewal and new beginnings, making them a cherished gift to celebrate the changing seasons.

Legend has it that eggs laid on Good Friday would turn into diamonds if kept for 100 years, while a double-yolked egg was said to be a sign of great fortune. Today, of course, we’re more familiar with chocolate eggs or the ornate Fabergé eggs, with the most valuable – the Third Imperial Easter Egg (1887) – now worth a staggering $33 million!

If a genuine Fabergé egg is a little out of your budget, Emma-Jo has a Fab-ergé-ulous alternative… creating your very own egg-shaped, Easter-themed pendant!

Follow along as she guides you through crafting these beautiful miniature designs using Sizzix Shrink Plastic, along with stamps, pens, and inks you already have in your craft room.
