Astrid in the Magical Fairy Garden by Emma-Jo

I was inspired by a Welsh Myth of Blodeuwedd (please forgive my pronunciation) She was made from flowers by Wizards. (The story is much better really).

I liked the idea of Astrid being happy and at one with the flowers.

For this card I’ve used 7×7 Multifarious Card, Elements, Posca Pens and Bruynzeel Watercolor Pencils.

The stamps I’ve used are Astrid, Brodwin, Lunar Buds, Foxgloves, Wildflower, Mini Flowers and Glow Flowers. They are stamped in Versafine Clair Shady Lane and Astrid in Nocturne

There’s some blending with Elements inks Sundance, Confetti and Lime Punch for a base and then some Bermuda to frame the piece.

I’ve used a variety of Posca Pens as paint and straight from the pen including – white, aqua green and glittery yellow.
