The tags were stuck together with double sided tape, putting one on top of another. After you have cut them out and scored and folded them then just lay one on top of the other. I used two sheets of A4 for it. Not very good at explaining I'm afraid but I hope you are better at translating it. I loved doing the card and have since bought more stamps.
