Happy Christmas…..

I cannot believe Christmas is just a month away now, the weather has been so mild!! ( although i dont want to speak to soon )…it just doesn’t feel like winter….not that i am complaining …we have had some beautiful sunny days haven’t we?

Well i hope you have all been busy making your Christmas cards….unlike me who always leaves it to the last minute ….infact i haven’t even thought about Christmas shopping yet….since arriving back from the N.E.C its been all systems go here as alot of you already know we are moving house/business….. it has been slightly stressful to say the least…but all very exciting too.

We have had a date put forward in which we hope to be in our new premices, around the 5th Dec fingers crossed so although the website will be open to take orders it maybe a week before you recieve them, but we will do our up most to get these orders out to you as soon as possible, so i am thanking you now for your patience.

We have tried every which way we can to keep our business line but unfortunately due to us moving to a different exchange area we can’t, so i will be sending out our new details to you all just as soon as we are in, but please dont be mithered by this as ghere will be a message on our old number redirecting you to our new.

Our new Calendars are now available to buy online…while stocks last anyway !!. These calendars are all based on our NEW background papers, take a closer look on our website, click on the image to enlarge.They will make great Christmas pressies as well as practical ones…..i know thats what my family and friends will be recieving of me this year..!! Talking of Background papers, i have just this second posted them up on the website, so they are now available to buy… take a peek, for those of you who aren’t keen stampers, these papers are perfect …great for scrapbooking, ideal to make a quick card….brilliant if you are a cutter and a sticker….they are so versatile… im a stamper myself but these papers have opened up another door for me and i have had great fun using them for some new projects…so much so… i will definately be designing some more.

I will be using January to start designing again….plenty more ideas in the pipe line just not enough time to get them all down on paper as of yet…. hopefully they will be worth waiting for, i will be sending out another news letter just as soon as they are available.

As for shows…we will be attending a few new venues which i will be posting up on the website shortly…we have a couple of one day shows with Ross Papercrafts in January which are proving to be increasingly popular, Bluewater with I.C.H.F in Febrary and we are back at the” Make it” show in Farnbrough in February as well. We will also be attending the new show been held at Manchester with the I.C.H.F. So exciting new venues for you to come and see us at if you are in the area.

Well Autumn is here, my favourite time of year. Hope you all had a wonderful summer, we did get some sun didn’t we ?? but its time to get the winter woollies out now.

Well as usual its been a busy time for us over the summer holidays… i have been doing lots of new designs, some of them have been  for my friend Lucy from the Craft Station .. She wanted me to do a range of Stencils for her…. so please check them out tell me what you think ??http://www.sweet-poppy.co.uk/catalog/… so if you like Stencils …hopefully you will like these.

I am working on 2012 Calendar …. so hopefully i will have this in stock around about October /November…so again watch out for it ….they went so well last year i am going to try to do one every year.

I am also working on creating some backing papers to go along side my French Fairy range, i think these will compliment the stamps well. It will open the door to Scrapbookers and to people that may just prefer working with papers as oppose to stamps… so this is another thing in the pipe line to watch out for.

Amongst all this we are also in the process of moving house…so just to let you all know now we will be closing for two weeks in November sometime after the N.E.C…. So a big sorry for any inconvenience, but please bare with us, we intend to get up and running A.S.A.P. So any Christmas orders ,please order as soon as possible to save any disappointment.

We will put a notice up any how just to remind you when it happens.

This is just a quick news letter as the main reason i am writing this is to let all you patient people know that  our new DOUBLE D.V.D is now out !!!!!!!, i will be posting it up on the website in the next day or two.

 Price £19.80. Each disc comprises  of six different cards….so that’s twelve cards in total for you to learn how to master. I will take you through each card from beginning to end…i can promise you by the time you get to the end of the D.V.D you will have learnt how to  master the Brayer and the Cut ‘n’ Dry..more info will be up on the website just as soon as i post it up there.

Our Scene Scapes our our latest new product which have been incredibly successful .  Cutomers can often  get  disheartened  with whole idea of Brayering…its a bit like Marmite you either love it or hate it. Although we can confuse the word hate with pure frustration…….and unfortunately sometimes our lifestyle doesn’t always allow us time to practice which is the answer to perfecting our Brayered backgrounds. SO …. your prayers are answered !!!!…Our new exciting SceneScapes are there to give you a head start, they have been printed on selected 250gm mat card , which allows you to add any further inks over the top whether it be the Brayer ,Cut n Dry…or just purely stamped images… you have total flexibility…you can add as much or as little as you want. As for the DVD….. You have all been so patient… i cannot thank you enough…it has been driving us mad as you all well know… there is light at the end of the tunnal ….so if i can ask you to be patient for just a little while longer it would be much appreciated…. i will certainly opening the Moet on completion….LOL

 Hopefully i will be on the ball and get our next News letter out on time in July….and i am hoping fingers crossed that our 2012 calendar will be on sale in September…so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Sorry about the delay on updating you with all our news its been a particularly busy few months, we have had a fantastic response from our features in the Craft Stamper …so thank you to all my customers that have been a part in that

Well Spring is almost here and I think we are sooo… ready for it, its nice to have a bit of sun after the cold spell we have just encountered.

We are in for another busy year with all the shows we have lined up   full list of all the events here. We will be doing a couple of extra shows this year as you see from our exhibition list, hopefully we will see you there.

You may have noticed that Kev (my partner) will be attending a few of the shows without me this year , but a good friend of ours, ”Phill” will be helping us out, so Kev will be doing the demonstrating …just to show you how easy it really is, as he has only picked up a Brayer Roller in the last few months and he doing a fantastic job. This way i can concentrate on more designs, but i will still  be attending the majority of the shows.

Well you will be excited to know we have just completed our next range of stamps. They will be on sale……, ”fingers crossed” at the Harrogate show on March 19th-  20th

I hope you like them , I have had a wonderful time designing them and cannot wait to start playing, they are French themed and a little different to what I normally do but I am quite sure they will inspire you , I can’t wait to see your cards on the customer gallery from this new range, there are some truly talented people out there if you haven’t seen our customer gallery check it out and click here     Readers Gallery.

We are still working on our dvd….i dont like to speak to soon but we will hopefully taking orders at the N.E.C in March for our double dvd ….. we decided to go with producing a double as we failed to produce a dvd  last year due to major technical problems, we really needed to catch up with all the new designs so thought this might be a good idea, i am sure you wont be disappointed.

So all in all its going to be another exciting year….fresh ideas …new designs….and now a new double dvd.

I just wanted to take this time to thank all you lovely people for supporting us over this last year  its been lovely to see so many faces visit us at all the shows up and down the country.

I am amazed at the followers we now have, its been quite an over whelming year for us. We will try our up most to continue on with new designs , more ideas and new products next year. We have lots in the pipe line so you wont be disappointed. We are passionate about what we do, and its great to meet people with that same passion.

Thank you for sending in your lovely card samples, please keep up the good work .The gallery wouldn’t be the same without your fab ideas.

Craft Stamper Magazine

Thank you for all your lovely comments on our projects in the recent Craft Stamper magazine. We have got more projects coming up in Craft Stamper in the next few months, so keep a look out, the projects will be featuring all our new designs.

Workshops.

I have a couple of dates for workshops in January, we don’t have many spaces and it will be based on a first come first serve. If you are interested please give us a ring on  01824 702057. Our two dates are 14th and 15th January, don’t worry if these dates are not suited to you more workshops will be organised  in the not to distant future

Peel-Offs

The other product we have which will be available to you in the next few weeks are a range of Peel- offs.  We have many customers who love our range of stamps but unfortunately due to arthritic conditions are unable to use stamps. Peel-offs are a great way forward to help people who cannot stamp, or  just don’t want to stamp, kids will love these to, no mess just peel and stick, how easy is that. we hope you like them and they prove to be as popular as our stamp range.

Craft Stamper Magazine

Thank you for all your lovely comments on the Autumn leaf project in the October issue Craft Stamper magazine.

There is another project due out in next months Craft Stamper, the November issue, its worth taking a look if you are a fan of the Brayer Roller or even if you are just crazy about stamping.

Workshops

A lot of customers have been asking when and where I intend to have my next workshop, well I am hoping in the next news letter I will have some dates for you, At the moment I am looking at a few  weekends during January but need to clarify this first, so watch out for your next news letter,then it will be a case of contacting me if you are interested.

Next designs

Believe it or not we are already working on our next lot of new designs,these will be so different from what we usually do , but you wont be disappointed…far from it .I am really excited about the launch of these hopefully in January,but will keep you informed.

Craft Stamper Magazine

Keep your eyes peeled for the October issue of Craft Stamper i have an article on ”Autumn Scenes” with a step by step that i am hoping you will all enjoy.

You will need this pack of three stamps to complete this card.

I have also used a pack of smaller leaves to pop in between as you can see from the picture below, but this is totally optional, you could in fact use other stamps just to fill in the spaces.

This is the final image, amazing what a bit of  colour can do.

So look out for the article and you too can make a card like this one, along with many other examples celebrating the colourful aspects of Autumn.

New Designs

During August  we will be  designing a new range of stamps, more Fairies, more Scenic, more Christmas….i hope,so by September fingers crossed i will have them available to sell on the website and at our future shows.
